Abstract: This study aimed to identify the level of self-compassion and its relationship to psychological resilience among adolescent girls who are victims of family disintegration in Jordan. The study used the descriptive correlational methodology, and the study participants consisted of all adolescent girls who are victims of family disintegration in Jordan, totaling (514) adolescent girls according to the statistics of the Jordanian Ministry of Social Development for the year 2024/2025. The results of the first question showed that there was a strong and statistically significant direct relationship between self-compassion and psychological resilience among adolescent girls, indicating that increasing the level of self-compassion is positively related to improving psychological resilience. The results of the second question also showed that the level of ability to adapt to daily pressures ranged between medium and high across the items, reflecting the participants’ possession of good skills in dealing with daily challenges and controlling emotions. It became clear that the participants had a high ability to control their feelings when facing difficult situations, while confidence in dealing with difficult daily situations was relatively lower compared with the other aspects in general. The overall mean of the dimension indicates a high level of ability to adapt to daily pressures.
