Гидрологическая трансформация водных ресурсов Амударьинской дельты в условиях изменения антропогенной нагрузки

Abstract: The Amu Darya delta is one of the most vulnerable natural-anthropogenic water systems in Central Asia, where changes in river flow, intensive water use, the development of irrigated agriculture and changing hydroclimatic conditions significantly affect the water availability of the territory. The aim of the study was to assess the long-term dynamics of the Amu Darya flow in its lower reaches, to identify the main patterns of its spatiotemporal transformation and to determine the role of collector-drainage flow in the present-day structure of the water resources of the Amu Darya delta. The study used mean monthly discharges of the Amu Darya at the Samanbay gauging station for 1965–2009, as well as data on the discharge and flow volume of large main and inter-farm collectors of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for 2018–2023.
