Abstract: This research outlines a methodological approach for the quantification of flavonoids in plant samples using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Sample portions (5–10 g) were subjected to extraction with 70% ethanol under controlled heating and stirring conditions, followed by successive re-extractions to maximize yield. The combined extracts were adjusted to a defined volume, centrifuged, and the supernatant was collected for chromatographic analysis. Phosphate buffer systems and acetonitrile were employed as eluents, in line with previously reported protocols. The proposed procedure ensures efficient extraction, purification, and accurate determination of flavonoids in the investigated samples.
