Abstract: Under the conditions of Karakalpakstan, 75 alfalfa varieties and accessions from the collection were preliminarily evaluated for green mass productivity during 2025–2026. The accessions were studied in a non-replicated collection nursery, with a standard variety placed at regular intervals. The average productivity over the two-year period was compared against the control variety's overall field performance of 808.26 g/plant. Fourteen varieties and accessions listed in the table outperformed the control. The highest results were recorded for accessions K-6799, K-6652, K-978, and K-6909. These accessions were selected as promising material for subsequent replicated and randomized trials.
