Abstract: PT XYU is one of the companies that runs in the cement industry sector, one of the largest in Indonesia. In the Kiln machine a machining for the production process contained in the machining for the process in the formation of a clinker from the raw material to make it. Machinery is the main thing in a company, and machine damage can stop the production process. Therefore, it is necessary in a way such as appropriate care and maintenance so that the effectiveness of the machine can increase. The purpose of this study is to analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness to find out what will be affected in a kiln machine according to the Six Big Losses at PT XYU. Overall Equipment Effectiveness which is a key indicator in operating performance that focuses on how effective production machines are. From the results that have been researched, it can provide an average Overall Equipment Effectiveness value on the kiln machine in January 2024 - December 2024 is 88% so that it has reached the international standard value above 85%. As for the Six Big Losses that are seen are in reduced speed losses.
