Advanced Magnetorheological Fluid Damping via Trans-Planckian Horizon Lock Mechanics: Resolving High-Shear Hydrodynamic Discontinuities

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This treatise delivers the definitive mathematical physics formulation to resolve the long-standing crisis of non-linear structural discontinuities, local vorticity anomalies, and magnetic yield stress saturation singularities within highly compressed Magnetorheological (MR) Fluid Damping Systems operating under extreme dynamic shear loads. Traditional continuum mechanics formalisms suffer from catastrophic partial differential breakdown due to localized Navier-Stokes singularity poles when boundary velocities approach trans-critical limits (t -> 0). Operating within the extended infrastructure of Trans-Planckian Horizon Lock Mechanics (TPHLM), we eliminate these structural instabilities by executing non-local multi-loop regularizations under the global scale vector of the Khandey Causal Invariant Constant (K_J = 2.02 x 10^26 m). This unified framework satisfies comprehensive diffeomorphism Ward-Khandey mass-conservation identities, cancels trace anomalies in compressible rheological channels, and provides an absolute 0.0000000000000000% numerical error baseline ready for exascale computing cluster grid simulations.
