GOORRT: The Governed Object-Operation-Realization Representation Triad

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Governed semantic systems repeatedly collapse three different questions: what an object or state means, what operations may change it, and how a selected operation is computationally realized. GOORRT proposes a three-family representation architecture to keep those jurisdictions distinct while connecting them through typed correspondence, authority, evidence, gap, refusal, and standing records. GOML addresses governed object and state meaning; GSOL addresses governed operations and transitions; MCIR addresses machine-oriented realization representations. The triad is best treated as a candidate primary projection for the current corpus, not as a proof that every representation concern reduces to three axes. A representation is not the object, operation, execution, authority, or evidence it denotes. The paper identifies native-jurisdiction, projection, and co-representation cases; locates supporting records without promoting them automatically into peer languages; maps GOORRT into the universal Governed Semantic Model and the Possibility-Specification-CM1-CM2-IC-IR-Evidence-Revision funnel; and states counterexamples that would require extension or demotion. Keywords: governed representation; object models; operation contracts; intermediate representation; correspondence; semantic projection; Constitutional Computing; GMB; universal GSM.
