Abstract: Bullying is a social phenomenon that remains prevalent in society and has serious impacts on the psychological, social, and developmental well-being of individuals. Bullying behavior occurs not only in formal educational settings but also in non-formal education, families, and the wider community. Therefore, comprehensive and sustainable prevention efforts through an educational approach are needed. This study aims to analyze the role of educators in preventing bullying through an educational approach within the community. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects included non-formal education educators, community leaders, and community members involved in educational activities. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive analysis model that encompasses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that educators play a strategic role as facilitators, mentors, and agents of social change in instilling the values of empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect. A participatory and contextual educational approach has proven effective in raising public awareness and encouraging changes in anti-bullying attitudes and behaviors. Furthermore, bullying prevention through an educational approach contributes to community empowerment in creating a safe, inclusive, and harmonious social environment.
