Technical Brief: Classified Earthworks System

Abstract: This technical brief specifies a proposed classification and routing architecture for mixed soil, mineral, organic, water, and suspect material streams. It binds each output lot to source, sampling, testing, transformation, custody, intended use, and release standing so a material name cannot substitute for use-specific evidence. The system is a research and governance architecture, not a safety finding, engineering standard, environmental permit, agricultural recommendation, or authorization to deploy. Material-specific laboratory work, field trials, regulatory review, and qualified professional judgment remain necessary before any real-world release.
