Complete transfer certificates and signed arithmetic response: lattice SU(2) and Weil positivity

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: This expanded and corrected version studies complete-operator certificates for auxiliary SU(2) lattice transfers and source-specific bounds for a signed prime-power response. It replaces the earlier half-spin-focused account with explicit distinctions between original Wilson ladders, finite transverse graphs, a separate deformed model, and the arithmetic Weil form. For the original finite open Wilson ladder at beta=28/25, the paper records the internally accepted computer-assisted bound m >= 5.245 under its archived analytic/software contract, including the complete representation space. Fixed-width projector and regularity certificates are stated separately from the still-open transverse, width-uniform and continuum extensions. The new local calculation gives exact signed activity ratios from a five-state Wilson compression. Its larger original-channel test preserves an important negative result: at beta=5/2 and width four, the energy-column construction improves the vacuum residual by 38.12 times but enlarges the excitation complement; a reference-first construction comes within 2% of the same-rank floor. Finite toy transfer, source lineage and all associated failures are distinguished from uniform operator claims. The arithmetic analysis preserves a local Weil-form certificate, exact reductions and explicit complete-response bounds. The remaining square-root term and unknown-height arithmetic contribution are not removed. Historical compressed-generator data are labeled source-reported where an imported engine is unavailable. This version contains the revision-75 preprint PDF only. The source register in Appendix A refers to the author's archived evidence and source supplement, which is not attached to this version. Reviews are internal mathematical and computational checks, not external human peer review. Neither the Riemann hypothesis nor existence and a mass gap for four-dimensional continuum Yang-Mills theory is proved. Author: Andrei Ursachi, independent researcher; ORCID 0009-0002-6114-5011. Zenodo version v4; manuscript draft 3, revision 75. This version supersedes v3, whose attached file was the revision-73 manuscript, while preserving the record history.
