Abstract: In the article, the influence of mineral fertilizer rates and the use of biostimulants on the formation of stems in Ural licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch) was established; when using seeds of Ural licorice that had been scarified before sowing, soaked in warm water for 36 hours, and treated with biostimulants at a rate of N100 P140 K80 kg/ha, the number of stems formed in Ural licorice was 83.1–95.2 thousand units/ha in the first year of plant life, 218.0–254.1 thousand units/ha in the second year, and 337.1–383.2 thousand units/ha in the third year of life.
