Abstract: The article examines modern aspects of certain physical and mechanical characteristics of a polymer-starch composition created on a starch sauce derived from low-quality wheat grain, which allows for the recycling of agricultural waste, as well as the creation of environmentally friendly, safe, biodegradable packaging materials and the possibility of receiving containers has been determined. It has been shown that a high starch concentration in the polymer increases its water solubility and accelerates biodegradation by fungi of the species Trichoderma and Penicillium funiculosum. Biodegradable derived from starch obtained from low-quality wheat and components of biopolymers intended for the manufacture of disposable containers and packaging materials, research indicates the use of these materials as film and for the manufacture of disposable containers.
