Abstract: : This software artifact implements a fully autonomous, self-governing Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) core operating directly on mobile ARM hardware within an unrooted Android Termux environment. The architecture bypasses traditional centralized cloud infrastructure, relying instead on a persistent process fleet managed by PM2 that executes an iterative Observe-Synthesize-Evolve-Audit cycle. Core Architectural Components: omni-governor: The central autonomous daemon driving continuous self-evaluation and system state evolution at deterministic 30-minute intervals. swarm_audit_chain.json: An immutable, tamper-evident Proof of Life (PoL) ledger utilizing SHA-256 hash-chaining to bind operational blocks chronologically. omni-api & omni-mesh-peer: Lightweight telemetry and state synchronization services exposing real-time node metrics, chain height, and cryptographic signatures over dedicated local network socket bindings. Technical Stack: Node.js, Python, PM2, Mobile Linux (Termux / Android), Yggdrasil IPv6 mesh routing, and zero-trust edge communication proto cols.
