Abstract: This research is motivated by the high turnover of contract employees in the Operational Division of PT. XYZ which has an impact on increasing recruitment needs, disrupting company operations, and decreasing productivity. The study aims to analyze employee retention factors including organizational components, career opportunities, rewards, job design, and employee relations. The method used is a qualitative approach supported by descriptive analysis using the Weight Mean Score (WMS). Data were collected through observation, questionnaires to 61 contract employees, semi-structured interviews with five informants, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and WMS analysis. The results of the study indicate that all factors are in the good category, namely organizational components (3.66), career opportunities (3.58), rewards (3.68), job design (3.62), and employee relations (3.52). However, the company still needs to improve work facilities, transparency of promotions and career paths, fairness of rewards, job variety, and communication between superiors and employees. The study concludes that these five factors contribute to supporting contract employee retention at PT. XYZ.
