Abstract: The process of filling out and auditing the completeness of informed consent at RSUD Banyuasin is currently conducted through a hybrid system, leading to a high risk of incomplete documentation, evaluation workflow delays, and potential legal risks regarding the protection of medical action legality evidence, which ultimately impacts hospital accreditation. This study aims to develop and implement a digital audit management application based on the low-code platform AppSheet to enhance data accuracy, time efficiency, and provide real-time compliance visualization to ensure legal validity and support hospital accreditation readiness at RSUD Banyuasin. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique, analyzing 20 Informed Consent medical record documents from Quarter I in the Surgical Unit. System development applied the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology integrated with Google Sheets as the database. Application functionality evaluation was conducted using Black-Box Testing, achieving a 100% accuracy level (valid). The implementation of this system is proven to reduce recapitulation time, lower operational costs (cost-effective), and provide a real-time graphic dashboard to assist the Head of the Ward and Quality Committee at RSUD Banyuasin in monitoring document compliance to guarantee legal protection and support hospital accreditation readiness.
