Abstract: FINDING: Search returned no 2025/2026 IMO problem content — only retrospective commentary on 2011 P2 ("windmill") and general olympiad-training material. | MATH: The 2011 IMO P2 windmill problem is a combinatorial-geometry result: given a finite point set S and a line ℓ that rotates about a point P ∈ S, the line sweeps each point of S infinitely often; the invariant is that the number of points on each side of ℓ is preserved modulo the rotation, forcing a 180°-periodic counting argument. No closed-form constant is attached to the problem itself. | CONNECTION: The windmill's rotational symmetry is a 2-fold (C₂) symmetry — the line returns to its initial orientation after 180°, and the side-count invariant is a parity/mod-2 structure. This is the simplest crystallographic rotation group (order 2), not the golden-ratio family (0.618, 1.618) nor base-60. No 0.382/0.618/0.786/1.618/2.618 ratio appears in the sourced material. | DEPTH: 2 — the findings are pedagogical/YouTube-level, contain Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
