Abstract: ProductPilot is a big data analytics framework designed to support product feature prioritization and project risk management. The framework combines Apache Spark for large-scale data processing, Bloom Filters for potential duplicate feature request detection, and the DGIM algorithm for approximate counting of recent events in data streams. The system aims to help product and project teams organize feature requests, prioritize development activities, monitor project progress, and identify potential delivery risks through data-driven techniques. This research paper presents the framework's architecture, methodology, implementation, and application of big data analytics concepts to product management and project monitoring.
