Designed as a standalone analysis, it examines the institutions, investments, and governance structures that shape metascience within this specific national system. Together with 17 companion country studies, this paper provides the foundational empirical evidence supporting RoRI’s overarching synthesis report, Seize the Meta-Moment: how metascience is evolving worldwide.
