Abstract: Digital transformation in education encourages the use of platforms that integrate learning activities, academic administration, assessment, and communication among users. AIO Class is a digital learning management platform that provides various features to support teachers, students, and parents. This study aims to analyze the features and cross-actor workflows of AIO Class in supporting integrated digital learning management. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through direct observation of the system using a demo account in 2025. The analysis covered user roles, system features, interactions among users, and learning and academic administration processes. A Use Case Diagram was used to map functions based on actors, while workflow modeling was applied to describe the sequence of activities and the involvement of each actor. The results show that AIO Class provides interconnected learning, assessment, academic administration, and communication features based on user access rights. The workflows demonstrate the involvement of teachers, students, and parents in assignment management, attendance, and Computer-Based Test (CBT) processes. The findings provide a mapping of features and cross-actor workflows that illustrates the interconnected functions of AIO Class in supporting integrated digital learning management.
