New hemiaminal ether dihydropyrimidinones as CK1/CK2 inhibitors targeting α-synuclein in Parkinson's disease
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: values of 9.3, 1.69, and 6.0 µM, respectively. Favorable ADMET and pharmacokinetic profiles supported the synthesized DHPM (3a-3h) derivatives as promising leads for inhibiting kinase activity (CK1/CK2) and preventing ASN aggregation in Parkinson's disease.
