Nemurella pictetii Klapalek 1900

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Nemurella pictetii Klapálek, 1900 DIST. N. pictetii is a crenophilous species, which may be present occasionally in rhithral reaches (Graf et al. 2026). This species was well established on the tributaries a 2 to a 5 but rarely present on the Estaragne main course. For instance, one male and one female were collected at site P, even though this site does not correspond to their preferential biotope. However, the autochthony of this species was not validated in the main channel due to the lack of larvae along the Estaragne River and the proximity of site P to small springs, where the species might occur.
