Abstract: This study examines the relationship between Human Resource Maintenance and Work Discipline and Employee Work Productivity at the Al-Sudais Indonesia Foundation in Depok City. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of 284 employees, with an initial sample of 166 respondents selected using probability sampling and the Slovin formula. After excluding five observations with extreme standardized residual values, 161 respondents were included in the final analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Simple regression results showed that Human Resource Maintenance (t = 2.846, p = 0.005) and Work Discipline (t = 5.684, p < 0.001) had positive and significant relationships with employee productivity. However, multiple regression results indicated that Human Resource Maintenance was not statistically significant when Work Discipline was included in the model (B = 0.004, t = 0.062, p = 0.950). In contrast, Work Discipline remained positive and significant (B = 0.455, t = 4.785, p < 0.001). The overall regression model was statistically significant (F = 16.053, p < 0.001). These findings highlight the importance of work discipline as a significant predictor of employee productivity, while the relationship between Human Resource Maintenance and productivity is not significant after controlling for Work Discipline
