The Non-Singular Black Hole: Metric Regularization and Quantum Torsion Braking within the Field Dynamics Conjecture

Abstract: We apply the gravitational and quantum-field-theoretic foundations of the Field Dynamics Conjectureto the gravitational collapse of massive compact objects, providing a non-singular extensionto the classical Schwarzschild metric. Within the framework of the Einstein-Cartan-Sciama-Kibble(ECSK) theory of gravitation, we demonstrate that the ultra-dense accumulation of fermion spindensity inside the event horizon induces a macroscopic spacetime torsion tensor characterized by apure conoidal helicoidal geometry. This localized torsion generates an intrinsic quadratic repulsivepressure (∼ n2) that counteracts the conventional macro-gravitational attraction. By deriving theexact non-metric regularized line element, we show that the radial metric factor f(R) completelybypasses the infinite-density singularity at the origin. Instead, the gravitational collapse undergoes asmooth quantum-geometric turnaround—a quantum torsion braking phase—stabilizing at a normalizedminimal invariant boundary radius of ¯Rmin = 1.0. This architecture eliminates the pathologicalzero-volume boundary condition of ordinary General Relativity without requiring extra spatial dimensionsor string-theoretic modifications. Finally, we discuss the epistemological implications ofthis stable, non-singular core regarding the resolution of Hawking’s black hole information loss paradox, establishing a deterministic mechanism for information conservation through the continuoushelicoidal geodesics of the static conoidal vacuum.
