Abstract: This is a position paper, not an empirical study. In the specific workflow of long-form content review, I have independently built and brought to closure a Bridge-Filter Layered Cognitive Architecture (BFLCA). This paper presents only the view of my school: what governance structure is more reliable for long-horizon AI assistants, why the layering is so, and where the boundaries lie.
