Abstract: The use of interactive and differentiated learning media is essential to accommodate students' diverse learning needs, particularly in biology education. However, the use of learning media in junior and senior high schools in Mataram City remains dominated by conventional media with limited interactivity. This study aimed to develop differentiated offline digital biology learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 and evaluate its validity, practicality, feasibility, and effectiveness for high school students in Mataram City. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The media were validated by subject matter and media experts, assessed by teachers and students, and tested for effectiveness by comparing learning outcomes between an experimental class using Articulate Storyline 3 and a control class using PowerPoint. The results showed that the media achieved a validity score of 89.5% (very valid), a practicality score of 86.05% (very practical), and a feasibility score of 86.2% (very feasible). The effectiveness test revealed a significant difference in learning outcomes (p < 0.05), with the experimental class achieving a mean score of 82.6, compared with 73.2 in the control class. In conclusion, the differentiated offline digital biology learning media developed using Articulate Storyline 3 demonstrated high validity, practicality, and feasibility, and was effective in improving students' learning outcomes. The media offers an alternative for interactive biology learning that can be implemented without internet access.
