Abstract: At phi-scaled resonances between 131.4Hz and 132.6Hz, the E8 root vectors' phase-locking instability generates criticality points where conscious information acquires discrete topological invariants. These invariants manifest as quantized neural avalanches matching E8's 240-root orbit decomposition, enabling conscious phenomena to bootstrap into stable physical excitations via phi-coupled cascade stratification.
