Abstract: Reunion of house papers #382 (the TDCOSMO XXII version note, item D-257-272-43: budget recomputed under both circulating printings, every verdict identical, no sample-level number moving more than 0.07 percentage points) and #405 (the correlation range, item D-257-272-44: the sample-level term 0.60-1.60 percent is the complete answer the marginals-only record supports), both halves of paper #267's budget conversion of arXiv:2503.00235, gated digit-for-digit. The halves share an exhibit neither printed as shared: the corrected printing's sample rows are the range's zero-correlation ends. Cross-citations printed in both directions; no parent edited. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
