Abstract: About the author: Kelsey Friesen lives in Lake Quivira, Kansas. While at the School of Nursing she received the School of Nursing and the Arthur S and Leora J. Peck Scholarships. She received honorable mention for clinical excellence in Level I. She is a member of Delta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International. She plans to start her career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Childrens Mercy Hospital in Kansas City Missouri. Her future plans are to become very good at her new role and then seek a doctorate in nursing practice as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She thanks her family for their continued support and guidance.
