Abstract: Water quality in marine life cage culture is one of the \nmost important factors that determine production and \nmortality. Choice of site for marine cage culture is of \nparamount importance since; it not only affects water \nquality but also greatly influences the economic viability. \nOnce the site is selected for marine cage culture, there is \nlittle that can be done to improve the site, if water \nexchange is poor.
