Abstract: Increasingly, mental health professionals aim to reduce symptoms of dysfunctions. Throughout time, body-mind-spirit practices have been reemerging in Western culture as a treatment modality. This study focuses on Integrative Body-Mind-Spirit mental health practices through semi-structured interviews aimed to discover the common methods and experiences practitioners have within the body-mind-spirit framework. Through semi-structured interviews of participants, four main themes emerged from the data: client control of their wellbeing, professional qualities, treatments and interventions used, and interconnectedness.
