Integrative analysis for patient-centered outcomes and time-to-event data in Alzheimer's disease
Description: Project Narrative This project is to develop and evaluate a set of analytically powerful and clinically plausible learning methods via harvesting the salient information from health, medical and biomedical profiles during the asymptomatic stage to characterize the pathological dynamics of Alzheimer's disease (AD) interacted with diseases onset, dissect their associated genetic bases, as well as dynamically inform the disease-related risk profiles and quality of life. Completion of the project will address critical analytical barriers in multi-type patient-centered outcomes, offer new insights into the early detection and intervention of AD, and pave potential directions for more general neurological and psychiatric research for public health outcomes.
