Description: Project Narrative Small molecular drugs play a pivotal role in treating a wide range of diseases including cancer and infection, yet many of them suffer from unsatisfactory efficacy and severe side effects with current drug delivery systems. This proposal aims to develop innovative strategies to improve the biodistribution and pharmacokinetics of small molecular drugs, especially those with unfavorable physiochemical properties, ultimately offering novel tools to improve disease treatment.
