Diagnosis and Pathobiology of Emerging Enterohepatic Helicobacter spp. in Mice

Description: This proposal will focus on the diagnosis, characterization and pathobiology of emerging enterohepatic helicobacters (EHS) in mice. The proposal addresses molecular targets for diagnosis and characterization of EHS and will take advantage of sequenced EHS that colonize mice to probe virulence determinants shared among these EHS isolated from both mice and humans.
