Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common type of liver cancer, is a global public health problem. The goal of our proposal is to explore determinants of immunotherapy response in a subgroup of HCCs associated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) that are prone to immune evasion.
