Alzheimer's Disease Organelle Proteome Task (ADOPT)-pilot phase
Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE The “organelle proteomics” is an emerging concept, bringing new frontiers to biomedical research. This proposal aims to measure lysosomal proteome in a mouse Alzheimer's disease model, with an ultimate goal of building an integrated organelle proteome consortium and enabling hypothesis-driven research to find new treatments for the Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's disease-related dementias (AD/ADRD).
