Abstract: The intestines dysbacteriosis, along with other factors (high acidity, environment factors stresses, smoking, food errors, etc.) takes part in development and current of chronic diseases of a gastroenteric path associated with pyloric helicobacter. There was marked the expressed dependence between the degree of disbiotic changes, a phase and a character of morphological infringements caused by helicobacter, namely gastritis and duodenitis. The expressed changes of microbiocenosis can remain in a mucous membrane of a stomach and a duodenal gut after carrying out successful eradication of therapy, regarding cases even to amplify.
