Abstract: Investigation to ascertain the levels of methaemoglobin concentration of three human erythrocyte genotypes (HbAA, HbAS and HbSS) obtained from apparently healthy and clinically confirmed malarioussubjects/volunteers was carried out. Spectrophotometric method was used for the determination of erythrocyte methaemoglobin concentration.
