Abstract: 서 론 수술 후 오심구토(postoperative nausea and vomiting, PONV) 는 여러 새로운 항구토제의 발달에도 불구하고 25-30%의 환자가 경험하는 가장 흔하고 불쾌한 증상 중의 하나이다. 1) 특히 중이수술 후의 PONV의 발생 빈도는 50-80%에 이른 다고 알려져 있다.
