ISSN 0001-5555 Sir, Cutaneous polyarteritis nodosa (CPAN) is a necrotizing vasculitis involving smalland medium-sized arteries. It has a benign and chronic course without systemic involvement. Its pathogenesis is thought to involve immunecomplex-mediated reactions (1). We describe here the case of a patient with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) who presented with CPAN.
