Abstract: Logistics Personnel is a field of border management science theory, human resources and logistics, but today is still in the early stages of its development. The essence of logistics personnel is to assist in ensuring the organization of human resources in the right size and the right competencies necessary to carry out its overall strategy in the current and future. Important value they can bring logistics solutions used in the field of human resource management is to optimize the cost and time involved in the implementation of the HR function, and build its high efficiency. Despite such advantages logistics solutions in the Polish HR organizations are now being used quite rarely.
