Statistical analysis of functional regions in Ti and Ri sequenced plasmids in Agrobacterium

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine functional regions of the completely sequenced DNA data of Ti and Ri plasmids, based on codon usage similarity. It is shown that a successful classification of functional regions is obtained by using statistical measures of codon usage dissimilarity and correspondence analysis.
