Abstract: Herein we report a case of a cardiac echinococcal cyst located in the interventricular septum and producing a mild obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract. The cyst was detected by cross-sectional echocardiography and thoracic computed tomography and treated successfully with mebendazole.
