Abstract: Teratoid Wilms' tumor is a rare histological variant of the classical Wilm's tumor reported mainly in paediatric patients.To date less than 30 cases of teratoid Wilm's tumor have been reported in the literature.Wilms' tumor is the fourth most common childhood malignancy.We here report a case of a 3 month old male child having a unilateral rare Teratoid Wilms' tumor.This case is presented because of its rarity.
