Abstract: It is expounded that the background and necessity of tobacco monopoly retail license online processing, is analyzed that the advantages and functions of Internet technology to solve tobacco monopoly retail license processing, and is put forward the development and application strategy: the construction of Wechat communication module of the application link of business households; establishing retail license processing module and carry out extensive publicity; establishing the feedback module of retail license handling, and promoting the interaction between government, enterprises and business households.
