Abstract: The reviewed study guide reflects the status of educational conflict management in modern conflictology and includes conflict analysis in the multicultural school environment. The authors offer a large number of innovative methods, heuristic tasks and techniques for the study, resolution and conflict prevention in educational institutions of various levels. That allows the usage of the study guide as a training manual for the conflict competency formation as well as in the production of lecture and seminar course classes on conflictology, social and educational psychology.
