Abstract: Characteristics and specific features of the process of preparation and launch rocket with the spacecraft are given in the article. General description of the existing power supply systems of space-rocket complexes are given. General principles of the existing systems of internal power launch facilities are given. Basic principles for the development of power-supply system of ground space-rocket complex Cyclone-4 are considered. Differences between the power-supply system of ground-space-rocket complex Cyclone-4 from the existing power-supply systems are given.
