Reactive response of neutrophils of peripheral blood of patients with acute bronchitis

Abstract: As a result of determining the reactive response of neutrophils in 34 patients with acute bronchitis we found out that the disease is accompanied by an increase in the neutrophils shift index, reactivity of neutrophils index and leukocytes shift index. Increasing secretory activity of neutrophils in respect of interleukins 6 and 8, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interferon alpha occurs with the inhibition of bactericidal activity of neutrophils.
