Abstract: In the village of Gucci Dawuhan, a farmer group Tani Subur was established in 2010. Because theydo not have sufficient roasting or roasting equipment, members of the farmer group sell almost all oftheir Arabian coffee harvest and culture in the form of green beans or often called rice coffee. Theroaster that is owned is only 1 kg per roaster. This means that it is only sufficient for household needs. If roasting is done outside the area the cost is very expensive, namely IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 / kg.The difference in product price from green bean to the roasted bean is very large, that is if the greenbean is only around IDR 65,000 if roasted the price becomes an average of IDR 250,000 - 350,000.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an upscaling activity in an effort to increase the productioncapacity of roasted beans from household class to an industrial scale. The methods used in thisactivity are procurement, introduction, and grants of roasting machine equipment, training on theimportance of in-process product quality control, product quality training (finish good roasting beancoffee). In this upscaling program, in addition to partners getting a coffee reoating machine with acapacity of 50 kg / batch, they also succeeded in upscaling the household processing capacity of 1 kg /batch to an industrial capacity of at least 25 kg / batch with good quality. Training on product-inprocesscontrol and business management has been carried out. The results of the training resulted inbusiness actors being able to control the quality in the process and for business actors to startimplementing business management and bookkeeping administration even though it was simple
