Abstract: Two neolignan glycosides, dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranosides with the enantiometric aglycones (1 and 2), have been isolated from the leaves of Viburnum awabuki K. KOCH. These structures were identified by spectroscopic evidence and the absolute configurations of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of circular dichroism data.
