Abstract: The elderly who receive treatment at the hospital has several problems from various factors, both internal and external to the individual, which hinder the treatment process and slow the improvement of health conditions. This systematic review aims to determine the right actions in providing care to the elderly treated in healthcare institutions. Database search with Google Scholar, Science Direct and Garuda Portal and the keywords elderly care and hospital. The criteria for this article are published in 2018-2022 with texts that can be accessed in full using Indonesian and English. This Systematic review uses 15 selected articles that have been analyzed. The analysis of 15 articles on care management for the elderly at the hospital shows that three methods can be applied to the elderly. At the same time, they are being treated, such as providing proper medical care to the elderly who are experiencing a decline in their health condition, fulfilling nutrition for the elderly and increasing independence of the elderly. The actions described from the results of an analysis of articles on elderly care management are considered necessary to be maximally applied to the elderly who are hospitalized.
